Please scroll down on this page for information regarding registering a new student at Belchertown High School, obtaining transcripts, verifying a graduation date for employment, and other important information.


     Per Massachusetts Governor Baker’s order, all public school buildings will be closed through June 19, 2020.  

     If you are calling to verify a date of graduation for employment, please email the School Counseling Office Administrative Assistant, Lynn Drawec, at, who will assist you.

     If you are an alumni and require a high school transcript, please email the School Counseling Office Administrative Assistant, Lynn Drawec, at, who will assist you.

     If you have any other questions or concerns during the closure, please contact the Principal, your student’s School Counselor, or the Administrative Assistant via email.

The following documents are required to register a new student at BHS:

Birth Certificate

Custody/Guardianship Documentation (if applicable)

Current Physical Exam (Within 1 Year)

Immunization Record

Two (2) Forms of Proof of Residency

Transcript of Grades

Current Report Card

Grades-to-Date of Leaving (if during school year)

Discipline Record/Statement

Attendance Record

MCAS/Standardized Test Results

Special Education Records (if applicable)

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either email (preferred) the Administrative
Assistant at or call the BHS School 
Counseling Office at

You must provide your name (clearly spelled),
your graduation year or years of attendance, the complete
address or an email of where you would like your transcript sent,
and a telephone number where you can be reached
(in case further information is needed).
