Welcome to the BHS Counseling Office!



     As of Monday, March 16th, at 3:00 pm Belchertown Public Schools will be closed for three weeks per Massachusetts Governor Baker’s order.

     If you are calling to verify a date of graduation for employment, please email the School Counseling Office’s Administrative Assistant, Lynn Drawec, at who will try to assistant you.

     During the closure high school transcripts will not be available.

     If you have any other questions or concerns during the closure, please contact the Principal, your student’s School Counselor, or the Administrative Assistant via email.

Scholarship opportunities are available to BHS Seniors.  Scholarship applications and information have been emailed to BHS Seniors.  If any senior has not received this scholarship information, please email or your school counselor.

Please note, the deadline for the Valley Press Club Scholarship has been changed to April 17, 2020.  The deadline for the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts Scholarship Program has also been changed to April 17, 2020, at 11:59 pm.

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS
and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either (1) call the BHS
Counseling Office at

Assistant at

You must provide your name (clearly spelled),
your graduation year or years of attendance, the complete
address of where you would like your transcript sent,
and a telephone number where you can be reached
(in case further information is needed).
