Parent Pick-Up<\/strong><\/p>\nDismissal Procedure<\/u><\/p>\n
Families new to the dismissal procedure please read through these guidelines. The parent pick-up room<\/strong> during dismissal time, 3:00PM, will be accessed at the back of the school building using the exterior door nearest the playground. The door will be clearly marked the first week of school with signs and balloons. This will give parents additional parking, between 40 to 50, as well as address safety concerns created by the volume of traffic at the end of the school day. The exterior door will be unlocked at 2:55PM for parent access.<\/p>\nParents will enter and exit the back parking lot one of two ways, using the State Street access road or<\/u><\/strong> the road nearest to Little Fenway baseball field.<\/p>\nAs you enter the back of the building you will enter the C side cafeteria which is a short distance from the exit door. The pick-up room will be reversed and parents will be able to sit at the first four tables as you enter.<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Morning drop off<\/u>, parents will drop their child off at the school’s\u00a0front main entrance<\/u>\u00a0where Mr. Kuhn or Mrs.Farrington stand.<\/p>\nBelow you will find a map of the traffic pattern around the school during dismissal time. The location of the Student Pick-Up Room<\/strong> is identified with a star on the map.<\/p>\nPlease note, parent(s) that needs to pick their child up earlier than dismissal time will park in front to access the Main Office. Please be aware not to park in the fire lanes, instead use the visitor parking to walk in. Thank you in advance for respecting our process.<\/p>\n
