Spring Athletics Caregiver/Student-Athlete Meeting: BHS – Veterans Memorial Auditorium – Monday March 9th 6:00 PM
Spring Athletics 2026 – Practice/Tryout Start Date: Monday, March 16th
Directions for registration: Login to your account or create an account to register for fall athletics – choose Belchertown and register for “Spring Athletics 2026”. Student-athletes who do not have an “approved” registration will NOT be allowed to participate in practices!

Mandatory caregiver and student-athlete spring season meeting with administration and coaches – March 9th , at 6:00 in the Veterans Memorial Auditorium. Programs will break into classrooms for sport-specific meetings with coaches.

Picture Day for the Spring season is TBD at 2:30 for all spring teams in the gymnasium. Please complete the picture order form and have the student-athlete bring payment with them in the envelope. Coaches will distribute picture forms prior to picture day.
Google Classroom will be utilized for all communication including but not limited to practice schedules, announcements, assignments, and general information. Google classrooms will be sport and level specific.

Captain’s practices: Belchertown High School does not approve of or condone any type of out-of-season practice. Captain’s practices are not in any way sanctioned, encouraged, recognized, or condoned in any sport by the MIAA or Belchertown High School. Please see the MIAA handbook, and refer to rule 24 on page 15.
Athletic Fee Payment Information:
The Athletic Department athletic fees, approved by the School Committee in the spring of 2024, are listed below.
Make checks payable to “Town of Belchertown” and please give your payment to the main office c/o the Athletic Director, or mail to Belchertown High School c/o Athletic Director, 142 Springfield Road, Belchertown, MA 01007.
Athletic fee must be received prior to the start of the season or no later than the Friday of the first week of tryouts – Fall Sports August 22, 2025, Winter Sports December 5, 2025 and Spring Sports March 20, 2026.
