The PSAT exam will take place on Thursday, October 15th in the BHS Gymnasium. Registration for the test will open on Monday, September 14th and must be done through the School Counseling Office. The registration fee is $18.00 and must be paid by a check made payable to Town of Belchertown. Registration for the PSAT test will close on Friday, September 25th.

College/Military/Trade School Visits

Please click on the link below for the list of colleges/military branches/trade schools who will be visiting Belchertown High School. Visits will be held in the Counseling Office. The list of college visits is posted outside of the Counseling Office, in the Student Memo, and at the link below. Seniors who are interested in learning more about these colleges/military branches/trade schools can stop by the Counseling Office the morning of the visit to get a pass. Seniors will be allowed to attend at the discretion of the class educator.

Learner's Permit Documents

Documents required by the Registry of Motor Vehicles can be obtained by calling or emailing Ms. Leblond, the Administrative Assistant in the School Counseling Office. She can provide students with the necessary documents that are accepted by the RMV – Official Enrollment Verification Letter and Official Transcript. You may contact Ms. Leblond by phone at 413-323-9419 extension 5200 or by email at aleblond@belchertownps.org. You will need to provide the student’s name, an email address where these documents can be sent, and a phone number in case there are any questions.

New Student Registration

Testing Information

See below for specific exam information.  When registering online you will need to put in BHS’s School Code which is 220115.

ACT Test Information

Registration for the ACT exam is completed online at www.act.org. The test dates can be found at this link.

AP Test Information

AP test registration will be done through the School Counseling Office in the Fall with exams to take place in the Spring. More information coming soon.

PSAT/NMSQT Test Information

Transcript Requests

BHS ALUMNI

If you are a graduate of BHS or attended BHS and you need a copy of your transcript, please complete this Alumni Transcript Request Form (preferred) or contact Anne Leblond in the BHS School Counseling Office at aleblond@belchertownps.org or 413-323-9419, x5200.

Please note colleges/universities will not accept transcripts from applicants.  They will only accept transcripts directly from high schools.

Work Permits

Work permits are issued in the Superintendent’s Office at the Belchertown Public Schools Central Office, 14 Maple Street, Belchertown. The hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The phone number is 323-0423 extension 100.  You must have a job prior to obtaining a work permit.
