Registration for enrollment of grades Kindergarten through 12+ ONLY
– Complete Online Registration on Enrollment Express. You will begin by completing a PRE-REGISTRATION form here.
Once you have completed the pre-registration you will receive the REGISTRATION link from Enrollment Express. Please upload the following items in the online registration.
In order to register a student in the Belchertown Public Schools you will need to provide the following:
– Proof of Residency – 2 Forms of Residency are required that include the address listed. Please provide one each of the following:

- Current Rental Agreement or Mortgage Statement
- Current National Grid Statement

– 1 Form of Identification from Parent/Guardian (Drivers License or Passport)
– Original Birth Certificate
