The Title I Program has been designed to improve the educational success for students enrolled in grades K, 1, 2 and 3. Based on the assumption that all children are capable of learning and that student achievement is in direct correlation to expectations set, we use a multitude of criteria checklists that include classroom performance, teacher assessments, achievement levels, and achievement scores to identify students with the greatest need(s) for Title I academic support.
