Registration for enrollment of grades PreK through 12+ are processed through:  

Central Office, Superintendent’s Office, 14 Maple Street, Belchertown, MA  01007 

In order to register a student in the Belchertown Public Schools you will need to provide the following:

– Completed Online Registration on Enrollment Express. You will begin by completing a PRE-REGISTRATION form here

Once you have completed the pre-registration you will receive the REGISTRATION link from Enrollment Express.  Please upload the following items in the online registration.

– Proof of Residency  (Accommodations will be made for students in foster care or who are experiencing homelessness.  If you need accommodations please contact the Registrar, Christina Aponte, here or call 413-323-0423 Ext. 100)

2 Forms of Residency are required that include the address listed. Please provide one each of the following: 

1. 1. 1. Rental Agreement or Mortgage Statement
      2. National Grid Statement

– 1 Form of Identification from Parent/Guardian (Drivers License or Passport)

– Original Birth Certificate
