Registration for enrollment of grades PreK through 12+
The District utilizes an online registration system called Enrollment Express. You will begin by completing a PRE-REGISTRATION form. Please email the Registrar at registrar@belchertownps.org for more information.
Once you have completed the pre-registration and your pre-registration has been approved you will receive the REGISTRATION link from Enrollment Express. Please upload the following items in the online registration. We cannot accept pictures. If you do not have access to a scanner but you do have a smartphone, please download the free Adobe Scan app to scan and upload your documents.
In order to register a student in the Belchertown Public School District you must be able to provide the following:
– Proof of Residency – 2 Forms of Residency are required that include the address listed. Please provide one each of the following:

- Current Rental Agreement or Mortgage Statement
- Current National Grid Statement

– 1 Form of Identification from Parent/Guardian (Drivers License or Passport)
– Original Birth Certificate
